Track is records + routing: you bring your own requirements — you define the hour buckets and targets, and we track and sign against them. It's discipline-agnostic. Full is governance + compliance: rules are built in (for example, the 2024 CACREP Standards), and accreditation evidence is generated for you.
Yes. It's the same engine and the same codebase — Full is a module switched on for your program. Programs won't migrate mid-cohort, so we made the Track-to-Full upgrade happen in place, with your data intact.
No. A student or fellow can use Free to log their own hours, request e-signatures, and export a branded report for as long as they need it.
